I must take this opportunity to congratulate our SY 2021-2022 AIS Theater Club members! I feel so fortunate to witness such a group of students so committed to develop and share their talents despite the pandemic. I know you have labored so much in developing your talents and now it pays. Today is a day to celebrate how far you set your limits. I am proud of you and excited to see where your theater experience takes you. One thing that is true about theatre artists in general, is that they are resilient and do not back down from challenges. In fact, sometimes the greatest growth comes when they are challenged the most. You have proven that this school year in these new normal rehearsals and workshops.
I would like to also congratulate and thank Mr. Rico del Rosario, our very own passionate and driven AIS Theater Club Director. I know you have devoted so much so these students will have a meaningful theater learning journey despite the online set-up.
Again, congratulations to the cast and crew of the online adaptation of Annie Jr.!
